Published 3 weeks ago

Streamline your law practice with this quick document management strategy! In today's short productivity tip, we break down why you should always keep two copies of incoming client files and how utilizing OCR (Optical Character Recognition) right away can save you hours of searching for key facts later.

Today’s tip is tip number five. It’s a great strategy for handling incoming client documents. When you receive documents from a client, keep two copies. The first copy remains untouched. The second copy should be used as the working OCR copy. Converting documents into searchable OCR documents at the onset of receiving them will streamline your ability to find key facts and save you time in the long run. Thanks for watching! Until next time folks, make today so awesome that yesterday is jealous—be kind and make good choices that help you work smarter, scale faster, and panic less!
