Tip Number 3: Use Text Extenders to streamline communications.
Text extenders are software that allows the user to replace little snippets of code or a common acronym for larger words, phrases and even entire documents or email messages.
The most popular text extender option is Text Expander. Although it is not free it has great features that allow users to store messages, phrases, words, signature blocks and formatted text blocks.
If you want to start with a free option, you can always use the building blocks and the auto correct in Microsoft. Keep in mind the building blocks and auto correct are two separate features. And compared to Text Expander, they are simple low tech that may limit how many snippets a user creates.
