Once a membership payment has been processed, all charges are final and non-refundable. If your cancellation request is received less than 7 days before your next billing date, the upcoming payment will still be processed and your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.

Once your membership ends, you will no longer receive future monthly greeting card collections or active-member benefits. Any designs you previously downloaded remain available for use according to the terms of the membership under which they were received.
