Xpressions From The Heart™ greeting cards are designed for at-home printing.

The artwork and designs remain the copyrighted property of Xpressions From The Heart™. Purchasing a card or receiving a design through your membership gives you permission to print and use the design according to the terms of your purchase or membership, but it does not transfer ownership of the artwork or copyright to you.

Commercial printing services such as FedEx Office, Staples, Office Depot, and other print shops may require you to show that you own the artwork or have authorization from the copyright owner before they will reproduce copyrighted material. Because you do not own the Xpressions artwork, you may not be able to satisfy the printer's requirements.

For this reason, Xpressions digital greeting cards are intended to be printed at home using your own printer and supplies.

I like this much better because we're not trying to speak for FedEx or Staples and say what they will do. We're explaining the actual issue: the customer purchased usage rights, not ownership of the copyrighted design.
