We’ve invested in industry-leading technology to make planning your music as fun and stress-free as possible. Once you have secured your date through our Auto-Booking System, you will receive exclusive login details for your Personal Event Portal via email.
Within your portal, you can access the Online Music Planner, which allows you to build your perfect soundtrack in three simple steps:
1. Dedicated Special Track Section
This is for the "big moments" of your event. You can specify:
The First Dance: Tell us exactly which track you’ve chosen so we can source the highest-quality version.
Cake Cutting or Grand Entrance: Ensure the timing and "vibe" are perfect for your key photos.
2. Your Priority Playlists
Rather than overwhelming you with a list of hundreds of songs, our system focuses on the tracks that matter most to you:
Your Top 5 Favourites: These are the "must-play" songs that define you as a couple or a host.
Top Party Starters: Tell us the tracks you know will get your specific group of friends and family on the dance floor instantly.
3. The "Do Not Play" (Exclusion) List
We want you to love every second of your party. You can list any songs, artists, or genres that you’d like us to avoid.
Guest Request Protection: If a guest uses our on-the-night QR code system to request a song on your "Do Not Play" list, our system helps Tim filter it out, ensuring your wishes are respected.

Direct Sync: Your choices sync directly to Tim’s Interactive DJ Touchscreen, eliminating confusion on the night.
