How to Secure Your Booking
We use a "live" booking system, which means your date is officially reserved the moment you complete these three steps:
Select Your Package: Use our Online Booking Tool to choose your event date and entertainment options.
Pay Your Deposit: A small deposit is required to lock in the date. This can be paid securely via Stripe (all major cards accepted), PayPal, or BACS.
Sign Your Digital Contract: You will be given instant access to your Secure Client Portal. Here, you can review and electronically sign your contract, which outlines all pricing, timings, and terms.
Note: Once these steps are complete, your date is 100% guaranteed. We operate a Zero-Cancellation Policy—once we are booked, we are yours!
Payment Terms
- The Deposit: Secures your date and Tim’s services immediately.
- The Balance: The remaining balance is typically due closer to your event date.
- Monthly Payment Plans: We are one of the few DJs to offer a Monthly Instalment Option. You can spread the cost of your entertainment into manageable monthly payments, which you can manage directly through your portal.
Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our policy is designed to be fair to both parties:
- Communication First: If you need to cancel or postpone, please contact Tim directly as soon as possible.
- Postponements: If you need to move your date, we will always try to transfer your deposit to your new date (subject to availability).
- Fair Terms: Detailed cancellation timescales and any applicable fees are clearly listed in your contract before you sign. Because we are a full-time business, these terms protect the date we have held exclusively for you.
