What Is Your Formal Complaint and Dispute Resolution Process?

We hope you’ll never need to use it, but we take your satisfaction seriously. Our process is designed to be fair, transparent, and prompt. If you’re dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance so we can resolve the issue.

Step 1: Direct Resolution. If something isn’t as expected, please reach out via email or phone. We are committed to resolving concerns informally and quickly. As part of our professional standards, we aim to acknowledge any formal complaint within two working days and provide a full response shortly thereafter.

Step 2: Norfolk Trading Standards (Trusted Trader) As Norfolk’s only Trading Standards Approved DJ, we operate under a strict Code of Practice. If we cannot reach a direct resolution, you have access to an independent dispute resolution service:

Impartial Mediation: If a dispute reaches a "deadlock," the case can be referred to Trusted Directory Services (TDS).

Independent ADR: Should mediation fail, you have the right to take the case to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

Binding Decisions: Decisions made by the ADR entity are legally binding on us, though you, the consumer, remain free to seek other legal avenues if you wish.

Step 3: NADJ Professional Review As a member of the National Association of Disc Jockeys (NADJ), we are also held accountable to their national Code of Conduct:

Professional Investigation: The NADJ has the power to investigate written complaints regarding breaches of its professional standards.

Ethical Conduct: Our membership depends on providing "proper, fair, and reasonable service" to all customers.
