Plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible to help your event run smoothly. Because we use a real-time booking system, the process depends on whether your booking is already "locked in."
How to Handle a Date Change
1. If You Have Not Booked Yet
If you have only checked availability but haven't paid a deposit or signed a contract:
Check the New Date: Simply head back to our Online Booking Tool and enter your revised date.
Instant Confirmation: The system will immediately let you know if Tim is available for the new date and provide an updated quote.
2. If You Have Already Booked
If you have a confirmed booking and need to move it:
- Contact Tim Immediately: Call 01760 722283 or 07796 565918. The sooner you let us know, the higher the chance we can secure the new date for you.
- Availability Check: We will check the live diary for your new date. If Tim is free, we can usually transfer your booking and deposit over to the new date.
- Terms & Conditions: Date changes are subject to our standard terms. While we do our best to accommodate moves, please note that if the new date is already booked, our standard cancellation policy may apply.
Why Early Communication is Key
As a Trading Standards Approved professional, our calendar is often managed months—or even years—in advance.
The "Saturday Swap": Moving from one Saturday to another is the most difficult change to make during peak season, so please reach out as soon as you think a change might be necessary.
Venue Coordination: If you are struggling to find a new date that works for both the venue and the DJ, let Tim know. He can often provide a list of alternative dates where he is currently free to help you coordinate.
