We completely understand that sometimes circumstances change, especially with children’s events. Whether it’s a sudden illness or a change in school plans, we strive to be as flexible as possible to help you through the situation.
1. Rescheduling Your Party
If you need to move your event to a different day, we make the process simple:
No Penalties: Let us know as soon as you realise a change is needed. We will work with you to find an alternative date that suits everyone, subject to our availability, with no additional charges or penalties.
Booking Fee Transfer: Your original booking fee (deposit) will be transferred directly to the new date, so you don't lose your investment.
2. Cancellation Policy
While we hope to always find a way to make the party happen, we understand that sometimes a full cancellation is necessary:
Communication is Key: We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible so we can offer that date to another family.
Transparent Terms: Our full terms regarding booking fees and cancellation timelines are clearly outlined in your official contract, which you receive at the time of booking. As a Trading Standards Approved DJ, our contracts are designed to be fair, legal, and compliant.
3. Our "Zero-Cancellation" Guarantee
For your peace of mind, it is important to know that we will never cancel on you. * Unlike agencies that may swap DJs at the last minute, when you book Mobile Disco Network, you are booking Tim personally.
