What Happens If You Do Not Have a Specific Song I Requested?
1. We Source It For You
If you submit a song via your Customer Portal that we don't currently own, we will do our best to source it specifically for your event.
Quality Check: We only use high-quality, professional-grade audio files. We do not "rip" low-quality audio from the internet, ensuring your requested song sounds crystal clear on our premium sound system.
Clean Edits: As part of our commitment to a family-friendly atmosphere, we always look for the "Radio Edit" or "Clean Version" to ensure the track is free of explicit profanity.
2. Rare or Personal Tracks
Sometimes a client has a very specific version of a song—perhaps a unique acoustic cover, a family recording, or a remix from a niche label.
Upload via Portal: If you have a specific MP3 or WAV file that is hard to find, you can mention this in your Playlist Form.
Verification: Tim will review the track to ensure the file format is compatible with our Interactive DJ Touchscreen system and that the audio quality meets our professional standards.
3. On-the-Night Requests
If a guest uses the QR Code system to request a song that isn't in our active library during the party:
Live Sourcing: Whenever the venue’s Wi-Fi or mobile data allows, Tim can often source and download requests live on the night!
Expert Alternatives: If a song is completely unavailable, Tim will draw on his decades of experience to play a song by the same artist or in the same genre to keep that guest happy and the dance floor moving.
A Note on Integrity
We take great pride in our music collection. If, for any reason, a song cannot be found or the audio quality is too poor to be played on a professional system, we will contact you before the event to discuss a suitable alternative.
