Recommended Booking Timelines
To ensure you get your preferred date and package, we recommend the following lead times:
1. Peak Season (June–September & December)
Suggested Lead Time: 9–15 months in advance.
Why? These months are heavily contested by weddings, corporate Christmas parties, and summer festivals. Saturdays in July and December are usually the first dates to disappear from our calendar.
2. Milestone Weekends (Saturdays & Bank Holidays)
Suggested Lead Time: 6–12 months in advance.
Why? Milestone birthdays (18th, 21st, 40th, 50th) and Diamond or Golden anniversaries are almost always held on Saturdays.
3. Off-Peak & Midweek Events
Suggested Lead Time: 2–6 months in advance.
Why? Sundays through Thursdays often have more flexibility, making them ideal for shorter-lead corporate events or intimate anniversary dinners.
The Risk of Waiting
Because we are a Trading Standards Approved sole trader, once Tim is booked for a date, that date is closed. We do not "double-book" or outsource our primary shows to unvetted subcontractors.
Live Availability: Our booking system operates in real-time. A date that is available during your morning coffee could be secured by another client by lunchtime.
First-Come, First-Served: Your date is only officially secured once the deposit is paid and the digital contract is signed via your portal.
