You can manage your "Do Not Play" list directly through your Secure Customer Portal:
The "Blacklist" Form: Alongside your preferred tracks, there is a dedicated section to list songs or artists you want us to avoid.
Vetoing Guest Requests: Our system ensures that even if a guest uses the QR code system to request a song on your "Do Not Play" list, it will stay off the playlist. Tim will politely handle the request to ensure your wishes are respected.

While we are more than happy to stick to your exclusion list, here is a little tip from Tim’s 50 years of experience:
