What is the Recommended Booking Lead Time for Children’s Parties?
To ensure you get your preferred date and time, we recommend booking as early as possible. Because DJ Tim is a full-time professional with a reputation for excellence, our calendar fills up months in advance.
1. Ideal Booking Window
4–8 Weeks Notice: For standard parties, we recommend contacting us 4 to 8 weeks before your event. This gives you the best chance of securing your chosen date and allows plenty of time to set up your Secure Customer Portal and complete your playlist form.
Peak Periods: If you are planning a party for a Saturday, Sunday, or during School Holidays, these dates are in extremely high demand. For these peak times, booking 3–6 months in advance is highly recommended.
2. Last-Minute Bookings
While we recommend planning ahead, we know that life happens!
Always Ask: If you need a DJ at short notice, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings if we have a sudden gap in our schedule.
