Music Request Deadlines

1. The Digital Playlist Form

We ask that you complete your playlist form within the Secure Customer Portal no later than 14 days before your event.

Why 14 days? This gives us sufficient time to manually check every track to the best of our ability, ensuring they are clean of explicit profanity and sexually explicit lyrics. It also allows us to verify that we have the exact versions (e.g., special radio edits or specific remixes) you’ve requested.

Special Moments: Your requests for "key moments"—such as the First Dance, Cake Cutting, or Grand Entrance—should ideally be locked in at this stage so we can double-check the audio quality and timing.

2. Last-Minute Changes

We understand that you might hear a song on the radio a few days before your wedding and think, "We have to have that!" * You can still make minor tweaks to your portal list up to 7 days before the big day.

Any changes after this point should be made via the Live QR Code request system or by speaking to Tim directly on the night.

3. Guest Requests (The Guest Portal)

If you have chosen to give your guests access to their own request portal, we recommend closing this one week prior to the event. This allows you to log in, review their suggestions, and "veto" anything that doesn't fit your vision before the list is sent to Tim.

On-the-Night Flexibility

Don’t worry if you forget a song! Even after the deadlines have passed, your guests can still use the QR codes on the night to send live requests directly to Tim’s Interactive Touchscreen. Tim will then use his 50 years of experience to work those tracks into the set, provided they meet our "clean lyrics" policy and don't clash with your "Do Not Play" list.
